S&G Properties is staffed by people who care and are here to serve.
We desire to make each residents stay comfortable, pleasant, and safe.
We provide housing from Holland to Grand Rapids and from Rockford to Wayland. The housing consists of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, townhouses, duplexes and single family houses. Rents range from $380.00 per month for a studio to $1700.00 per month for an executive home.
We have the connections to help residents become home owners. Several of our clients are willing to sell homes on land contract and welcome referrals from S&G Properties.
We have been in the rental business since 1966 and in property management since 1979.
All of our service technicians have been residents of West Michigan for most of their lives. Some of them have been with us for more than 25 years. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner.
Leases are typically for one year though we do, in some circumstances, deviate from that policy.
Pets, such as cats, are welcome for a fee of $25.00 per month. Dogs may be okay depending on the property.
